About Me

Hello! I'm Tahnee

I have been working as a Speech Pathologist since 2021.

I grew up in a small town in South Australia and have lived in Stawell with my young family since 2023. I love all the little things that make rural places and people special. I also love cats, playing the piano, baking and craft.

I hold a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) from Flinders University and I am a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia.

I am passionate about using evidence-based practice to support communication from a child's first words through to young adulthood. I celebrate neurodiversity and use a strengths-based approach to help my clients to get what they want out of life. It is important to me that you feel valued, informed, and supported on the journey to stronger communication every step of the way.

I am eager to be heading out to homes, schools, childcare centres and community locations to provide a flexible and personalised face-to-face service to the families of the Northern Grampians region (Djabwurung Country).

I particularly enjoy working with families to support:

  •  Early communication skills (0-3 years)

  • Speech sound delay and disorders

  • Language disorders

  • Literacy

  • Complex communication needs (CCN) and Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC)

  • Pragmatic language and social wellbeing

  • Functional communication for work and life skills

I would be so delighted to support your family on your journey towards stronger communication for life.
